Find your allocated MateMove trailer and confirm it matches your booking.

Photograph the hitch lock and all sides of the trailer: front, sides, and rear.

Enter the code you received to unlock the lockbox and get the keys.

Place the hitch lock in the toolbox or attach it to the trailer before towing, then put the hitch lock key back in the lockbox.

Carefully reverse your vehicle so the tow ball lines up under the trailer coupling.

Connect the coupling, chains, and plug, then raise the jockey wheel.

Check indicators, brake lights, and tail lights before driving.
